At Enhance, our pastoral counseling sessions are designed to provide spiritual support and guidance grounded in the transformative power of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. Please note, our counselors are not licensed therapists or medical professionals; rather, we offer biblically-based, prayer-centered counseling focused on your spiritual growth and healing. Our sessions may include: - Scriptural Teaching, Interpretation, and Biblical Theology - Inner Healing and Soul Work - Spiritual Disciplines to strengthen your walk with God - Deliverance and Spiritual Guidance - Discipleship and Empowerment Sessions These sessions are offered free of charge as part of our ministry commitment to serve you. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to book a counseling session with us. To ensure the best use of your time and investment, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate others and maintain the quality of our services. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us by email at admin@enhancethecross.org or by phone at (470) 748-0311 so we can assist you accordingly. If you find yourself running late for your session, no worries! Simply call, text, or email us to let us know. Without prior communication, we will wait for 15 minutes before ending the session and contacting you to reschedule at your earliest convenience. Please keep in mind that our counseling team serves voluntarily and is dedicated to supporting you. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and consideration of their time.
