FOUNDER & CEO
Quenterius B. Tolen is a graduate of Purdue Global University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and is currently completing his Master of Divinity at Regent University Seminary. A United States Marine Corps veteran and a law enforcement veteran serving the State of Georgia since 2016, he brings a unique blend of discipline, leadership, and faith to both his public service and ministry. With over 15 years of preaching ministry, Pastor Tolen carries a passion for equipping the Church and advancing the Kingdom of God.
He came to faith in Jesus Christ at an early age and was raised in Christian Fellowship Church under the leadership of Evangelist Mary Taylor and Jimmy Taylor, where he was grounded in holiness, discipleship, and dedication to Christ. In 2013, he was ordained while serving at Embassy City under the leadership of Apostle Bryan Meadows and Pastor Patrice Meadows, where his pastoral ministry flourished before God called him into full-time evangelism through tent revivals and street outreach.
In 2020, discerning a critical need within the Body of Christ, Pastor Tolen founded Enhance and The Enhance Crusade Alliance—movements committed to guiding the global Ecclesia back to the original intent of the Cross and the foundational message of the Gospel of the Kingdom. Through these initiatives, he partners with ministries across multiple states and nations to release revival, foster unity, and ignite evangelistic efforts.
Pastor Tolen also serves as the Senior Pastor of Ekklesia Global Worship Assembly–Atlanta, a new church plant in the Atlanta area and an extension of the Ekklesia Global Movement, whose mother church, Ekklesia Global Worship Assembly, is based in New Haven, Connecticut, founded by Bishop Randall Furlow and Pastor Autumn Furlow. Both Enhance and The Enhance Crusade Alliance, along with Pastor Tolen’s ministry, remain joyfully submitted to the spiritual covering of the Ekklesia Global Movement under their leadership.
Beyond ministry and professional service, Pastor Tolen is a devoted husband to Kierra S. Tolen and the proud father of five children. His life’s work centers on empowering individuals to walk in the fullness of their God-given calling, strengthening churches and ministries, and unlocking cities for the advancement of Heaven’s agenda. His vision is rooted in a passion to see multi-generational revival, global transformation, and the establishment of God’s Kingdom on earth.
CO-FOUNDER
Kierra S. Tolen is a graduate of Kaplan University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, and she is currently pursuing a Masters of Psychology at Regent University. As a lifelong servant of Christ she combines her ministry experience, professional expertise, and spiritual calling to empower others and advance the Kingdom of God.
Kierra accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at a young age under the leadership of Pastor Carlos Young, Senior Pastor of Saint James AME Church in Jones, Georgia. She and her husband, Pastor Quenterius B. Tolen, are the proud parents of five children.
In 2020, discerning a critical need within the Body of Christ, Kierra co-founded Enhance and The Enhance Crusade Alliance alongside her husband. Beyond ministry, Kierra is the Founder and CEO of Motherhood in the 21st Century and Company (M21), an organization committed to strengthening families and equipping mothers to thrive—not only as wives and mothers, but as women of power and influence in today’s world.
Her life’s work is centered on empowering women, strengthening families, and raising up a generation that walks in the fullness of its God-given calling.
